Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Communications Manager to join our marketing team.

As the Digital Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to engage with clients and other stakeholders.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online and social media presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting our business growth objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital engagement and marketing communication strategy to promote brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify key messaging and value propositions, ensuring consistent branding and communication across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and communication efforts, providing regular reports and insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to gather customer insights and preferences, refining strategies to target specific client personas and optimize user experience.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring and engaging with the audience.
  • Audit and maintain multiple websites and digital asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to implement digital initiatives, such as graphic design, website development, and online advertising.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, providing recommendations to enhance the company's digital engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital engagement, communication or marketing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, with a track record of improving customer engagement and driving business results.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas to enhance digital engagement and communication efforts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong design sense and familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign or Canva is required.
  • Experience evaluating and reporting on Google Analytics and social media metrics; experience with Google AdWords desired.

Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
