We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager\*in to join our team in Linville, VA.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Building and leading the Revenue Operations team from the ground up.
  • Managing the existing CRM and technology stack, identifying gaps and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
  • Setting strategic operational priorities based on market launch plans and marketing activities.
  • Providing analytical insights and supporting the management team in setting sales goals, volume models, and forecasts.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to increase new and existing revenue and identify upsell/crosssell opportunities for current customers.
  • Identifying solutions to increase revenue and optimize team performance.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximize the use of new and existing technologies.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales strategy or business performance at B2B SaaS scale-ups that have achieved exponential growth.
  • At least 1 year of experience in leading and scaling teams in sales operations.
