Description
Provide customer experience by managing phone and digital interactions on all claims and assisting with immediate needs. May maintain an inventory and assist the adjusting lines with low-complexity claim inventory.


Position Compensation Range:
$ $30.76

Primary Accountabilities

  • Handle interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.
  • Complete crossfunctional responsibilities with multiple lines of business across the enterprise.
  • Identify and gather necessary information to process claims and achieve our goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and business partners.
  • May maintain a claim inventory and may assist the adjusting lines with lowcomplexity claim inventory.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customerfocused solutions or service.
  • Demonstrated experience handling interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.

  • Up to 10%.
Physical Requirements

  • Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

If you do not reside near one of the offices, you will be asked to relocate (at your expense) prior to your start date if offered the position.


On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
