Northwood is an internationally operating pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Greven and sister companies in Hillerod, Denmark and Rome, Italy.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time IT System Administrator / IT Support (m/f/d) to join our competence team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include 1st and 2nd level support for software and hardware inquiries, analyzing and independently handling incoming support and service requests, remote and on-site client support, maintenance of our entire technology package including desktops, laptops, servers, and network, ordering, installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, performing regular maintenance and optimization tasks, monitoring and troubleshooting the client landscape, creating and maintaining documentation, and independently planning, implementing, and participating in projects within the SmartPractice family.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed IT-related education or a comparable qualification, relevant work experience in the above-mentioned tasks, proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory Services, VMWare, and Windows Server System, experience with client management systems, excellent German and good English skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
