Requirements:

• Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or a related field.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures for removing construction debris, dust, and residue.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina and endurance to perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy objects and prolonged standing or kneeling.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning to ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized and free of debris.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate project schedules.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites within the designated service area.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.

Preferences:

• Certification or training in occupational health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and practices.
