job summary:

Our client is looking for a Service support Specialist to help with all incoming inquiries regarding device registration, managing hardware assets, software entitlement/fulfillment and license renewals.

The ideal candidate will have a high level os customer service and working knowledge of IT assets and hardware devices.

responsibilities:

Receives incoming requests from internal customers via shared mailboxes or from

Synapse/Config Central ticketing systems and performs all services within assigned SLA.

Manages caseload:

Accepts cases within the time limit determined by management and reviews

Provides excellent customer service on all interactions.
Utilizes all available resources to resolve customer issues
Meets departmental productivity and quality standards, maintains/exceeds service levels
Follows all company policies/guidelines, best practices and operational procedures
Reporting
Productivity tracking
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
