    job summary:

    Our client is looking for a Service support Specialist to help with all incoming inquiries regarding device registration, managing hardware assets, software entitlement/fulfillment and license renewals. The ideal candidate will have a high level os customer service and working knowledge of IT assets and hardware devices.

    location: Vernon Hills, Illinois

    responsibilities:

    ? Receives incoming requests from internal customers via shared mailboxes or from

    Synapse/Config Central ticketing systems and performs all services within assigned SLA.

    ? Manages caseload: Accepts cases within the time limit determined by management and reviews

    cases daily

    ? Provides excellent customer service on all interactions.

    ? Utilizes all available resources to resolve customer issues

    ? Meets departmental productivity and quality standards, maintains/exceeds service levels

    ? Follows all company policies/guidelines, best practices and operational procedures

    ? Reporting

    ? Productivity tracking

    ? Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
