We are currently seeking several motivated and communicative employees (m/f/d) to provide assistance with the use of Connected Drive applications for BMW drivers in Russell Gardens, NY.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting customers with usage issues
  • Explaining the functionality of the offered apps
  • Activating users, mobile devices, and additional features
  • Consulting with specialists for more complex inquiries and providing feedback to the customer
