- Leads work of team members during each shift, ensuring that production goals and quality standards are met.
- Trains and instructs employees in proper warehouse procedures and protocols.
- Moves delivery trucks and trailers around premises for purposes of loading and unloading.
- Moves goods throughout the warehouse.
- Moves finished goods to proper area.
- Moves and loads salvage goods.
- Receives deliveries to warehouse.
- Loads trailers or trucks as directed.
- Operates pallet jack and forklift as necessary.
- Moves trash to appropriate area from work cells.
- Prepares E-waster and other aftermarket salvage for recycling.
- Trains and certifies employees on forklift when needed.
- Practices good safety measures and habits.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED and minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience in DOT regulations, warehousing, retail operation, and distribution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have safe driving record and be able to obtain Class D driver's license upon employment.
- Beginning rate of pay is $16 per hour.
- Full-time, evening shift position.
