Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Utilize the pointofsale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product returns or exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Skills:


  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to effectively sell products and close sales
  • Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
  • Familiarity with electronics sales is beneficial
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Job Type:

$ $15.00 per hour
