Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Support the Hotel Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations
- Supervise and assist all team members
- Manage guest relations and address any issues promptly
- Contribute to revenue management strategies for maximizing profitability
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development of team members
- Maintain excellent hospitality and service standards
- Assist in creating optimal guest service staffing schedules
- Be open to working flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Required travel to other properties for management coverage
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hotel management or the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in phone systems, front desk operations, and team supervision
- Excellent guest relations capabilities with a focus on delivering outstanding service
- Understanding of revenue management techniques for enhancing profitability
- Bilingual proficiency considered advantageous
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
