As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production process while adhering to all safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Managing and leading a team of production workers
Creating and maintaining process descriptions and training materials
Preparing materials and equipment for the production process
Monitoring and reporting on production metrics and implementing shopfloor management techniques
Participating in projects to improve the production process and acquire new machinery and equipment

To be considered for this position, you should have:

A degree or certification in metal casting, foundry mechanics, or a related field
Several years of experience as a production supervisor or manager
Knowledge of the investment casting process is preferred
Fluent in German (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office
Physical stamina and willingness to work in shifts (morning and evening)
