The training program for warehouse logistics specialists (m/f/d) combines practical on-the-job training with theoretical coursework at the Andreas Schneider School in Heilbronn.


What to expect:


Practical experience at Baier & Schneider

  • The duration of the training program is 3 years and begins in September.
  • The first week will consist of several seminars and trainings.
  • You will work in the incoming goods department and the shipping center, gaining knowledge of material and goods flow.
  • Your physical tasks will primarily include transportation, storage, and inspection of our products, as well as picking and packaging.
  • You will gain basic insights into the IT processes and administrative departments of our logistics center.
  • You will have the opportunity to obtain a forklift license.

At the vocational school

  • Your theoretical coursework will take place at the Andreas Schneider School.

Requirements:


  • Completion of secondary school with a good overall grade and a basic interest in business processes.
  • You are very careful and attentive.
  • Flexibility, commitment, and teamwork are your strengths.
