For WKW Aktiengesellschaft, we are looking for you at our location in Velbert-Neviges as a
Service Desk Employee (m/f/d) in the Information Technology department, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Support and troubleshoot issues with PC workstations and network services
  • Support users of mobile network access
  • Manage (installation, configuration, inventory, operational support, maintenance) of IT devices used at workstations
  • Manage standard and custom PC software used at workstations

Your qualifications:


  • Education in computer science or a related technical field
  • Professional experience in IT user support
  • Good and uptodate practical knowledge of supporting Windows PCs and peripheral devices
  • Theoretical and practical basic knowledge of Microsoft network services
  • Good and uptodate theoretical and practical knowledge of network and internet security
  • Good and uptodate knowledge of IT communication systems
