- Collaborate with the team to execute code updates, including antivirus patching and other maintenance tasks, to ensure the security and stability of Netezza systems.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and support teams, effectively navigating and resolving issues that may arise, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide expertlevel support for Netezza upgrades, leveraging your technical proficiency to ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
- Utilize your skills in Netezza on cloud platforms to deploy, upgrade, and configure Netezza instances, with a specific focus on IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
- Implement SAML integration (Security Assertion Markup Language) to enhance security and streamline authentication processes within Netezza environments
- Active TS/SCI and Poly clearance from the IC.
- Proven experience in deploying, upgrading, and configuring Netezza systems on cloud platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SAML integration and other authentication mechanisms within Netezza environments.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
