    Job Description
    Conduent Business Services is seeking a Senior Supervisor in our Machine Insert team on 1st shift . This position will manage our 1st shift Machine Insert and Material handling teams. .
    This candidate will manage 22.associates.

    Job responsibilities:
    Achieves goals through the work of others
    Management responsibilities include performance appraisals, pay reviews, and training also continued development for the team.
    Requires broad technical expertise and company/industry knowledge.

    Supervises the daily activities of the production team in a complex environment (e, g, multiple languages and or teams) or in a highly technical discipline.

    Sets priorities for the team
    Develops departmental plans
    Manage department resources
    Provide required reports to senior management
    Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines.
    Interprets business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
    Ensure quality services/deliverable in all areas
    Identify and resolve Print/Mail issues/concern

    Requirements:

    Education:
    High school diploma required, bachelors degree desired
    Minimum of 2 years years of management and/or supervisory experience in a large production environment.
    Must possess strong communications skills
    Must be computer literate (MS Office is a must have)
    Must be problem solver with the ability to resolve warehouse concerns
