What can you expect?

• You will support in tenders in the areas of transport and warehouse management
• You will take responsibility for the operational and strategic direction of all activities with the aim of ensuring compliance with SLAs
• You will ensure a goal- and result-oriented process design with the aim of implementing and optimizing efficient and scalable processes
• You will ensure continuous knowledge and process transfer with relevant departments
• You will coordinate all activities and communication around our customers and accompany and document the entire Logistics Partner Journey as well as individual steps
• You will conduct quality controls in cooperation with colleagues

What should you bring?

• You have completed a degree in logistics or a comparable vocational training, preferably as a forwarding or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• You have a structured and independent way of working and convince with your proficient use of MS Office applications
• Your German and English skills in spoken and written are very good
• You possess organizational skills and goal- and problem-solving competence
