Start date: as soon as possible

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as a deputy to the head of the department and in close coordination with them:


•Coordination, management, and monitoring of personnel planning

(scheduling, annual leave planning, etc.)


•Conducting employee discussions (annual dialogue, occasion-specific discussions)


•Designing and further developing interdisciplinary work organization


•Collaboration and implementation of projects in cooperation with the nursing management and department management


•Further development and assurance of quality management


•Partial release for management tasks

YOUR PROFILE


•Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience


•Further training in the management of a department or functional unit
