We are currently seeking a Frontline Sales Manager at Cibola Vista Resort & Spa located just a short drive from Phoenix, AZ.

Job Duties:


  • Assist sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions.
  • Manage sales line to maximize operating budget targets.
  • Responsible for maintaining Bluegreen minimum performance standards.
  • Attend and conduct site meetings as directed.
  • Conduct sales presentations as prospect flow dictates.
  • May conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards.
  • Specific managerial duties as assigned varies from sales site.
  • Presents prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests.
  • Make the decision when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest.

Expectations:


  • Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and mentoring
  • Ability to have tough conversations and issue disciplinary action as needed
  • Hold at least one (1) weekly training session either in concert with other teams or on their own with curriculum approved by Director of Sales.
  • Sales Manager will be evaluated on the performance of his or her team and must ensure that the team maintains minimum standards for VPG, sampler sales, referral collection, Medallia scores and other metrics as outlined herein.
  • Ensure that each team member is trained, mentored and coached to be both a productive team member and a good representative of the Bluegreen Vacation.
Please note that Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) acquired Bluegreen Vacations Corporation ("Bluegreen") as of January 17, 2024.

If hired, you will be an employee of Bluegreen, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HGV.

A transition to HGV is occurring as we are in the process of integrating technology, systems and branding; however, it will take time until our separate operating systems, employment policies and benefits are fully integrated.
