What to expect

As an audit manager at Brookfield, you will be responsible for leading and motivating project teams and acting as the main point of contact for our clients.

You will be involved in conducting annual and consolidated financial statement audits in the financial services industry, particularly for banks and credit institutions in both national and international settings.

You will have the opportunity to learn and grow through close collaboration with experienced auditors.

You may also have the chance to work on special audits under § 44 of the German Banking Act (KWG) on behalf of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), such as organizational, credit, and coverage audits.

You will have the flexibility to work from home or in the office, with a regulated overtime policy and the option to save up for a longer break in addition to 30 days of vacation per year.

What you bring

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and relevant work experience in auditing annual financial statements for banks and/or financial service providers according to German GAAP (HGB) and/or auditing reporting packages according to IFRS.

You have previous leadership experience and strong communication skills.
You possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
You have excellent German and English language skills.
You are highly motivated, service-oriented, and proactive.
