We are looking for specialists in customer service for our locations in Stuttgart or Aachen.

Customer service is responsible for fully supporting our national and international major customers and building long-term customer relationships through a strong focus on service, in order to sustainably increase customer loyalty.

The task will be carried out in the CSP MB Truck - Special Teams department, to support our customers with all support requests and to quickly find solutions, even in complex complaint cases.
