Your tasks

Responsible management of our wind, photovoltaic, and hybrid projects - with formal management authority within clear guidelines
Design and decision-making from conception to successful commissioning and handover of projects to project operators
Control and technical management of the entire project team, e.g. project developers, acquisition specialists, planners, cooperation partners, as well as interface with due diligence processes with banks and investors
Monitoring of critical paths and ensuring optimal project progress with continuous status and quality control
Ongoing review and completion of profitability calculations, project structuring, and liquidity plans
Regular reporting to department management and support of own project team, e.g. for special field appointments, events, investor meetings, etc.

Completed studies and professional experience in project development and project management in the field of renewable energies
Team spirit. Empathy. Cohesion - Appreciative leadership style and willingness to participate in leadership workshops
Knowledge of the legal framework for renewable energy
Sense of connections and dependencies combined with the ability to "think outside the box"
Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities, as well as proficient in German
Willingness to occasionally travel for work
