Chiaravalle Montessori is looking for a dynamic, motivated, Montessori-trained Associate Teachers to join our superb Elementary team for the school year.
This person will work collaboratively with the Lower Elementary team to implement the Chiaravalle curriculum consistent with the Montessori Method and principles.
The Associate Teacher position is a full-time, fully benefitted position scheduled onsite Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm.THE POSITION
The Associate Teacher Lower Elementary will utilize best practices in the classroom based on current research in child development and education which are appropriate to the learning objectives for lower elementary (grades 1st - 3rd).
The person in this position will work to provide individualized and differentiated learning plans in order to meet the cognitive, social, emotional and spiritual growth of each child.
You will support students by implementing strategies and accommodations geared towards the indifvidual child. The Associate Teacher provides students with timely, clear and constructive feedback.You will be responsible for wokring and communicating with other teachers, Learning Resources, Administrators and parents in an effort to provide the best learning environment and support for each student's individidual progress.
