- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Fulfill and deliver orders to guests efficiently through a variety of positions
- Care for guests by resolving all customers issues in a helpful, friendly and patient way
- Other duties as assigned
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to lift 30-50 lb. on consistent basis
- A detail-oriented passion to serve and care for guests, even the difficult ones
- A commitment to work hard, be dependable and on time, contribute to the team, and represent the Chick-fil-A brand well
