We are seeking a
Shop Custodian to join our team at Landmark Fabrication.

Essential Functions:

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the shop, including multiple workstations and storage areas.
Ensure all customerfacing areas are kept clean, including walls and glass surfaces.
Manage the cleanliness of the outside waste management dumpster area and surrounding service lots.
Implement and adhere to shop cleanliness standards and procedures.
Keep the shop environment clutterfree and ensure timely disposal of all trash and waste materials.

Qualifications

Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
