We are currently seeking a Residential Assistance (ambulatory assisted living) for our next possible start date

Educators, Special Needs Educators (m/f/d)

(Part-time 15.00 to 20.00 hours per week)

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting people with disabilities in independent living
  • Consultation and guidance for self-determined life design of the assistance recipients
  • Self-organization taking into account the wishes of the assistance recipients
  • Crisis intervention and prevention
  • Creating development reports
  • Collaboration with legal guardians, family members, doctors, therapists and all other actors in daily life
  • Enabling inclusion

We expect:

  • Teamwork and commitment
  • Experience in working with adults with disabilities is preferred
  • Driver's license class B and use of a private car
