Lecturer (m/f/d) for the Bachelor's degree program in Medical Economics & Digital Management in the field of "Surgery/Orthopedics (4SWS)" for the summer semester 2023 in Parlier, CA.

  • Surgical or conservative treatments
  • Anesthesiamedical tasks in surgical/operative care
  • Perioperative risk assessment/complications
  • Postoperative intensive care
  • Common diagnoses in surgery/orthopedics with case studies
  • Selection of rehabilitation measures for relevant medical conditions
  • Prevention measures in patient care
  • Importance of digital diagnostic procedures and robotassisted surgical systems (e.g. daVinci)
  • Resource utilization in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Specialized aspects of digital/telemedicine and health apps

Your responsibilities:


  • Independent preparation of lecture/seminar events using the module handbook
  • Conveying knowledge at the current scientific discourse level
