As a IT System Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will be our expert in sales of our products and IT services. With your business knowledge and industry know-how, you know exactly which products fit our customers and can advise them accurately. Your focus area during the apprenticeship is our sales department. In addition to supporting our long-standing customers, your team will also assist you in acquiring new customers.

Your tasks

Identification of customer contacts and preparation for customer visits
Analysis of customer requirements and evaluation of the use of IT systems
Targeted advice and support for customers and prospects on our products and IT services
Planning and implementation of marketing measures and product trainings
Participation in creating offers, closing contracts, and processing orders
Market analysis and research on IT trends
