Your tasks

Informing and advising parents on topics related to

childcare

Placing children with suitable childcare providers

Providing professional advice, support, and guidance to

childcare providers

Assessing eligibility and approving public funding

Conducting the examination and issuing permits for

childcare in accordance with § 43 of the Social Code VIII

as an administrative act

Active participation in quality development within the department

Active participation in team meetings of the Childcare Department

at the Social and Youth Services Office

Your profile

Completed degree in social pedagogy, social work,

early childhood education, or a comparable qualification

Excellent knowledge and experience in the field of education,

care, and upbringing

Legal knowledge of the Social Code VIII or willingness to quickly

acquire this knowledge

Ability to work in a structured and independent manner

High level of commitment, composure, resilience, and

responsibility

Communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills, as well as

good organizational skills
