Description

Your tasks:

  • Processing of customer complaints, internal complaints and, if necessary, technical clarification in cooperation with the supplier
  • Coordination of complaint processing
  • Development of innovative, sustainable solutions
  • Participation in interdisciplinary teams for continuous improvement of product quality and internal processes (FMEA, feasibility studies, etc.)
  • Reduction of failure cost

Your profile:

  • Completed (technical) university degree in the field of production engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study, alternatively training with further education as a technician with relevant experience
  • First industry experience as well as experience in the application of various quality management methods desirable
  • Very good English language skills in spoken and written form
  • Communicative and open-minded personality
  • Strong team spirit and resilience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
