Description
Your tasks:
- Processing of customer complaints, internal complaints and, if necessary, technical clarification in cooperation with the supplier
- Coordination of complaint processing
- Development of innovative, sustainable solutions
- Participation in interdisciplinary teams for continuous improvement of product quality and internal processes (FMEA, feasibility studies, etc.)
- Reduction of failure cost
Your profile:
- Completed (technical) university degree in the field of production engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study, alternatively training with further education as a technician with relevant experience
- First industry experience as well as experience in the application of various quality management methods desirable
- Very good English language skills in spoken and written form
- Communicative and open-minded personality
- Strong team spirit and resilience
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
