Description
This is a responsible, full-time maintenance staff support position in which the incumbent performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, landscaping) on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment.
The incumbent will be responsible for answering all calls between 4 p.m. and midnight as well as working in vacant apartments.This position is not year-round and will switch from the day to night shift for a portion of the year.
Pay:
$ $22.56 per hour
