- Supervising a team of 3 Assistant Managers and around 3-50 employees, totaling over 50 hours of labor weekly.
- Assigning, supervising, and evaluating work to ensure compliance.
- Handling recruitment, training, assessment, disciplinary actions, and staff terminations.
- Providing on-the-job training to new hires.
- Overseeing the ordering, storage, and distribution of food, equipment, and supplies to minimize losses.
- Forecasting food consumption per shift and managing food preparation and service operations.
- Assisting with customer service, order assembly, and cashier duties during peak hours.
- Ensuring top-notch customer experiences and maximizing delivery efficiency.
- Completing daily food preparations and maintaining inventory levels.
- Conducting managerial meetings and overseeing store maintenance.
- Managing cash drawers and transactions according to procedures.
- Strong math skills and proficiency in using computer software.
- Physically able to perform various tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
