On our website, on the phone, and in our commercial service center and will-call pickup locations, GrowersHouse stays true to its mission of making growers more successful.

We are looking for a part-time associate to help us in the morning with stocking, servicing customers orders, conducting inventory, and general merchandising.

• Customer Service, servicing customers orders from start to finish including providing assistance with purchases to their vehicle
• Building Customer Relationships by capturing all pertinent information from clients to allow for follow up and establishing an ongoing relationship with the business
• Product Merchandising including Inventory Receiving and Stocking, and maintaining a clean and well organized store and warehouse area
• Complete Weekly Inventory Cycle Counts and ensure products are all properly marked
• Answer customer questions concerning prices and use of merchandise
• Pick and ship both instore order pick ups and ecommerce orders
• Communicate with customers when orders have been fulfilled and ready for pick up
• Deliver products to high profile clients as needed

• High School Diploma
• Soil, Nutrients, and/or irrigation knowledge
• Inventory receiving and stocking experience
• Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
• Shopify | POS Knowledge and Experience
• Experience working in an indoor gardening company, one year experience in customer service, growing, or extraction preferred

• Job Requirement skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing
• Skilled in using a computer for all work related functions, using a fully cloud based electronic workflow
• Skilled in being selfsufficient and establishing effective work relationships with other team members

• This role routinely uses the standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, forklift, and pallet jacks
• This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 40 pounds.
