We're on the lookout for an Route B2B Sales Representative to join our team.

This role involves hunting for prospects and managing the entire sales cycle, from cold calling to closing deals, for potential customers with 5 to 100+ locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold visits with SM businesses, targeting meetings daily.
  • Deploy product devices to at least 10 locations weekly.
  • Engage with current clients to discern and assess potential prospects, showcasing the latest product offerings.
  • Deliver polished and professional demonstrations or presentations of our company's products and services onsite.
  • Serve as a crucial link between the company and customers, ensuring they are wellinformed about current pricing, service updates, and the newest product releases.
  • Keep all potential clients abreast of any modifications, changes, or enhancements to our products.
  • Stay current on the latest products, procedures, services, and tools by actively participating in departmental and training meetings.
  • Maintain a consistently professional demeanor, exhibiting diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to uphold a positive representation of the company.
  • Regularly update and manage customer leads and account records, including contact names and numbers, within the company CRM.
  • Take the initiative to proactively follow up on potential business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of route/outside sales experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decisionmakers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Negotiating and closing skills
  • Valid Driver's License and car
  • Ability to travel on route 100%
  • Bilingual in Spanish will put you on top of our list
*This is a 100% field route based direct sales position offering base salary and commission.

$68, $110,000.00 per year
