• MUST live within 30 minutes of our office address

Address:
90 E Halsey Rd, Parsippany New Jersey.

• MUST have reliable transportation to and from work. Work usually starts at approxemately 7:00 AM, and ends when the job is fully completed.
• MUST be available to work Saturday, Sundays and some Holidays.
• Must maintain a physical fitness schedule or gym menbership
• MUST have a good driving record and a clean background.
• Must maintain a clean professional appearance.

Job Description:

• Assist managemnt with team recruiting/management and lead generation/marketing
• Complete Onsite Moving Estimate.
• Work Safely, Professional, and Move Efficiently.
• Able to drive a 26 foot box truck.
• Provide estimates and perform walkthroughs with the customers, explain the scope of work, and manage your own moving/delivery team.
• Review contracts with customers, and obtain signatures.
• Efficiently prep furniture, must be handy, able to assemble/disasemble furniture, doors and other exercise equiopment.
• Use dolls, tools and proper lifting technique to move heavy furniture and boxes.
• Unload furniture and boxes, and arrange to the customer's satisfaction.
• Review contract with the customer when required. Obtain required signatures, receive payment and complete relevant paperwork.
• Typical workday is either 1 house move, 2 apartment moves or multiple items/deliveries per day

Job Requirements:

• Moving experience, basic customer service experrience and team management experience or related experience.
• Must be able to pass the DOT examination.
• Good Driving Record. 21+ years old per insurance requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be in good physical condition.
• Professional behavior and demeanor.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 100+ lbs), and carry them up/down down flights of stairs.
• Must be able to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays, when required.
• Must be willing to work in the heat of the summer, sometimes 812 hours on long days.
• Strong mathematical and technical skills.
• Pay depends on industry experience and prior moving experience.
• Previous Box Truck Driving experience is a must.

Benefits:

• Monthly Bonuses, up to $100 per completed job,based on satisfactory customer reviews.
• Total Hourly Average: $24$30/hour with Tips, and Bonus.
• Average Tips: $500$800+ per month. (Approximately addittional $5 $10/hour)
• Bonus: average $100$200 per month. (Approximately $ 2/hour) Competitive pay based on experience.
• Opportunity to work independenlty, manage your own team of movers/drivers.
• We do weekly community service, Training/Meet-Ups, "Hang Outs" as a team. (basketball, soccer, road trips, etc. Attendance at hang outs are optional.
