- 3-15 years of successful business development experience within the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the Information Technology industry, with a focus on contract business.
- Proven track record of growing key accounts from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a consulting sales approach is highly advantageous.
- Tech sales experience, especially in App Development, is a significant plus.
