Grand Format Project Manager
Job Summary
The _Project Manager _directs the daily production of jobs overall; is a liaison to the customer regarding job/project status; monitors, maintains and updates the status tool daily, and updates the customer; provides various account reports; monitors workflow to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of each job / order.
Job Experience:
- Printing or Graphic Arts experience is required.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Hold pre-production meetings as necessary.
- Write, review and edit job tickets as necessary to convey accurate job instructions to production.
- Enter job information onto the daily work schedule.
- Direct production by conveying information to scheduling and or department heads/supervisors.
- Relay job status to customers to ensure a high level of confidence.
- Assist writing estimate requests and order entry forms for sales as needed.
Physical requirements:
- Sitting and operating computer for long periods.
- Stand/walk throughout the facility.
Pay:
$60, $67,000.00 per year
