Our client is a respected multi-channel retailer in Europe with several hundred locations and one of the most well-known online shops in Germany.
For our client, the customer is the focus Through the expansion of the Digital Commerce department, we aim to create the perfect digital shopping experience for our client's customers.
That's why we are looking for you as a Team Lead Customer Experience (mIwId).Location:
Metropolitan region of Rhein-Neckar (remote work possible), starting date based on personal availability
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- From the customer's perspective, you develop new approaches for the customer journey
- You ensure a perfect experience for the customers with your team: from order confirmation to returns to repeat purchases
- With your analytical knowhow, you optimize customer processes and increase customer satisfaction
- You successfully use transparent and comprehensive customer communication along the customer journey and use digital benchmarks to question and improve the current standard
- You represent customer interests within the company with various stakeholders and regularly exchange information with them (e.g. logistics, service center, finance, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a successfully completed (business) degree or relevant training
- Several years of experience
