What to expect

As an intern, you will support the conception and operational implementation of our comprehensive onboarding processes at Bloomfield. This includes assisting with the planning and execution of our cross-location welcome event in Berlin.

You will bring your own inspiring ideas and concepts to continuously improve our onboarding strategies and processes, ensuring the best possible employee experience.

You will actively contribute to the development program for our young talents, analyze the organization's needs, and derive concrete improvement potentials and initiatives from them.

You will always keep up with the latest trends in personnel development and see yourself, together with your team, as a driver of exceptional ideas and concepts.

What you bring

Enrolled in fields such as organizational development, human resource management, psychology, economics/social sciences, or similar, with ideally some practical experience through internships or working student positions in the HR field.

Strong interest in personnel development and a strong desire to shape and promote a unique and cohesive culture within our company.

Independent and well-structured work style, as well as a passion for driving your own projects with drive and enthusiasm.

Ability to work independently and find solutions through research, combined with high resilience and a confident demeanor, and a joy for working with people.

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, proficient in common MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint), and a strong affinity for digital solutions for targeted communication.
