Classroom Assistant - Grades 5 through 8

We are currently searching for a full-time
Classroom Assistant - Middle School Grades 5 through 8 to work with CCCS students during the school year.

This is a 10-month position; work hours are from 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications for the position include:

An associate's degree (or higher) OR completion of at least two years of study at an institution of higher learning OR a qualifying score on the ParaPro exam
Previous experience working in an elementary school classroom is highly desired
A flexible personality that demonstrates enthusiasm, celebrates success, and responds positively to adversity
An interpersonal skillset that fosters positive communication with students, staff, administration, and parents
A strong work ethic and an excellent attendance record

HOW TO APPLY
You will be required to upload the following in order to be considered for the position:1- Copy of your PA State Police Criminal Record Clearance (Act 34)

Copy of your DPW Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
Copy of your FBI Clearance Fingerprinting with the UEID # (Act 114)
Completion of a Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168)
Completion of PDE Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification (Act 24)
Copy of high school and/or college transcripts
Three letters of professional reference
Completion of a PA School Health Record
Completion of Mandated Reporter Abuse Training (Act 126)

10 - Completion of Professional Ethics Training
