- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, other franchise locations and the business community
- Direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the office
- Improve efficiencies and help achieve the office mission and goals
- Review and present sales metrics, marketing plans and promotional programs with employees on a regular basis
- Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college (preferred)
- Two to five years of related supervisory experience of exempt and non-exempt personnel and/or training
- Management and human resources experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks payroll
- Demonstrated proactive and reactive decision-making skills
- Outstanding relationship building and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
