We are currently seeking a part-time employee to join our team at Genesee.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer appointments, making phone calls to schedule sales appointments, and representing our products on behalf of our clients.
This includes sending out informational materials, identifying customer needs, and managing customer inquiries and orders.You will also be responsible for tracking and following up on trade show and visit contacts, conducting customer surveys, and conducting research on infrastructure projects, prices, and competition.
To be successful in this role, you should have a goal-oriented and structured work style, confident communication skills with customers, a strong focus on customer service, and enjoy working in a team.
At Genesee, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experts in the field of dialogue marketing.
We use software solutions to help our clients find their target audience and can also provide guidance for their sales strategies.
