Service Director provides strategic direction and leadership to the service department team, including service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing service issues, and overseeing the resolution of customer complaints.

An efficient and well-managed service department is essential for maintaining high productivity, minimizing delays, and maximizing profitability. The Service Director oversees workflow optimization, resource allocation, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the automotive service department, ensuring efficient and highquality service delivery.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service technicians and staff.
  • Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor service operations to meet objectives and targets.
  • Implement and enforce safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:


  • Must have worked in a management capacity in a dealership setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities.
