Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Auditor to join our team.

As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspections and audits.

Your expertise in quality assurance and control will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
  • Perform audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to accurately measure product dimensions
  • Collect and analyze data on product defects, nonconformities, and customer complaints
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement quality management systems
  • Monitor adherence to regulations and other industryspecific quality standards
  • Provide guidance and support to production teams on quality control procedures
  • Fabricate samples or prototypes for testing purposes
  • Document inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions taken

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and equipment
  • Familiarity with quality control techniques and tools
  • Understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and interpretation
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
