To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and creative personality as a full-time Legal Counsel with a focus on tenancy and condominium law (m/f/d) in Berlin-Mitte as part of our legal team.

Your tasks include:

• Developing political positions and statements on draft laws and regulations
• Supporting other departments in the key topics of tenancy and condominium law
• Assisting the 22 state associations and 860 clubs with legal questions
• Participation in working groups of relevant federal authorities and other associations
• Supporting the committees of Haus & Grund Deutschland
• Communicating with the press on technical issues
• Informing our members through events and association media
