- Previous experience with insurance restoration and/or construction
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to commute to Auburn each workday and use a company vehicle to travel to work sites (work is 50/50 office-based & in the field)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while prioritizing customer service and deadlines; attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are a must
- Technology skills using various software, tablets, laptops, phones, etc
- Effective written and verbal communication, as well as strong business acumen
- On-call rotation for 1 week per month (managed from home)
- Restoration industry certifications are preferred, but not required
- Pay in the range of $28 - $30 per hour; plentiful overtime and incentive pay
- 7 paid holidays plus PTO accrual
- 3% retirement contribution after 1 year with immediate vesting
- Support from a health insurance marketplace consultant

- Reports to office and work site as determined by work orders; ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are available as needed for jobs
- Monitors active residential and commercial jobs for quality and budget control
- Creates jobs estimates, maintains project records (personnel and resources), documents loss through clear and descriptive photos, communicates conversations and key information in software notes
- Maintains contact with adjusters and customers in person, over the phone, and virtually to explain processes, resolve issues, and answer questions
- Performs quality assurance inspections, ensures on-site safety, and prepares documentation and pictures to ensure insurance reimbursement
