  • Due to the personal development of the previous branch manager, you will take over the active management of the Hanau branch and be responsible for its successful commercial development and the leadership of your employees.
  • Your main tasks:
  • You will provide customeroriented support, acquire new customers, and drive sales.
  • You will manage measures to achieve the goals and budget of your branch.
  • You will be responsible for branch organization.
  • You will lead and develop your employees, act as a cultural ambassador and role model.
  • You will represent the Oberbank externally and actively maintain your network.
  • You will continuously monitor the regional market.
  • Your profile:
  • You have completed training as a bank clerk or have a degree in business.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the banking sector, preferably in corporate banking.
  • You are a sales professional with persuasive skills.
  • You have strong communication skills and have your own network for building customer relationships.
  • You demonstrate high commitment and act with a goaloriented approach.
  • You have good knowledge of the catchment area.
