Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
• Support students in their socialemotional development
• Mentor students and provide guidance on academic and personal matters
• Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience teaching high school students is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
• Experience with special education or working with diverse learners is a plus
• Sports coaching experience is desirable
