  • Our client is an internationally operating company for applicationoriented research with a focus on futurerelevant key strategies.

Your tasks:


  • Support in the analysis and assistance with authorization errors and access requests in the SAP landscape (2nd and 3rd level support)
  • Support in ticket processing for roles and authorization issues during the implementation phase of SAP at the Fraunhofer Society
  • Collaboration with specialist and IT departments of the central office and institutes of the Fraunhofer Society
  • Adaptation of business roles in IDM (with instructions and tools)
  • Support in quality assurance of implementation and documentation

Your profile:


  • Previous experience in managing and monitoring roles and authorizations via SAP-IDM and in the backend
  • Application knowledge in ticket processing via SAP Solution Manager
  • Citrix Podio knowledge is an advantage
  • You are a team player and have an independent way of working
