- Member of the IDT, completing sections of assessments and care planning and reviewing service determination requests
- Providing occupational therapy to maintain or enhance participant's functional status and assessing cognitive ability
- Evaluating participants and recommending therapeutic exercises
- Developing customized care plans and involving participants and caregivers for feedback and goal approval
- Delivering treatment according to protocols
- Educating participants and families on methods to improve mobility, safety, and independence
- Conducting home safety evaluations as needed
- Supporting care transitions between different settings
- Assisting in the maintenance and distribution of medical equipment
- Collaborating with nursing home, skilled nursing facility, and assisted living staff
- Approving care plans in nursing homes
- Conducting home assessments and treatments
- Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Occupational Therapy registration from National Board of Certification
- Valid California Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility
- Two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting with elderly population preferred
- Valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, good driving record, and auto insurance
- Fluent in English and another language

Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group (CCWSG) is looking for Occupational Therapist (OT) candidates to be considered for a Float Pool/PRN registry with a geriatric PACE facility in Echo Park, Los Angeles, CA.
Coverage is required for full-time hours until June 3rd and then on a Float/Per Diem basis as necessary.
Must be Fluent in English and another language.
The Occupational Therapist will assist in meeting the facility's staffing needs for any call-offs, paid time off, or short-staffed teams.
